My wife and I have purchased four trailers in our time of marriage. The last two have been from Stewarts RV in American Fork. Although the others were friendly and worked to get us in the trailers, this seemed to change after the sale was complete.
At Stewarts, the process of caring about your purchase did not stop. We remember the salesman calling us after the sale was complete several times to see if we were satisfied. However, I feel the greatest asset they have and the one that keeps me going back is the friendliness and help of the service department. I have had children and friends purchase trailers there and they have the same outlook and the same experiences. Chris York and Kris Price are gems to work with. Their knowledge and their desire to help you solve the problem continues to make me very happy to have bought my trailers there and I will continue to return there for my RV needs. The technicians are also well trained and we haven't had to keep returning to get the same problems fixed. It is a real pleasure to do business with them. We feel they are our RV friends.

When we began our search for a Travel Trailer, we went to five different locations to look around, we spent a lot of our time up in Salt Lake City thinking that our selections, service and price would far surpass what we could get in Utah County. We went to one store and waited in the lobby for almost 25 minutes and no one addressed us, another location did not have a floor plan that we liked but they kept calling and calling because they could order it.

When I first walked into Stewart's RV, immediately Ruston addressed me and was more than willing to show me around, gave me his full attention and answered all my questions. When I brought my wife back a few days later she and the kids immediately felt comfortable. We were given space and time to make a low pressure decision. Stewart's RV has it all, a very knowledgable service team with Chris and Kami and their willingness to do customization work and great service on our RV. Kris in Parts has been great at helping us find the parts we need to get started in the "Trailer Life" and then some.

We are looking forward to a great friendship with the staff at Stewart's RV, as we take our trips and learn to enjoy our family experiences. In short, heading up north was a mistake, when we found just what we wanted in our back yard.
